摘要:

高端装备制造业创新绩效评价研究非常具有现实意义。本文选取我国28个省份作为研究对象,运用SFA方法进行创新绩效评价,实证研究发现黑龙江省高端装备制造业创新绩效较低,为了更好的研究影响创新绩效的原因,因此引入政府科技财政拨款、高端装备制造业的进出口强度作为外生因素,研究其对黑龙江省高端装备制造业R D资源配置效率的影响程度和方向。

Abstract:

Study on evaluation of high-end equipment manufacturing industry innovation performance has very realistic meaning of high-end equipment manufacturing. This paper selects 28 provinces in China as the research object, using SFA method of innovation performance evaluation, empirical research found in Heilongjiang province of high-end equipment manufacturing industry innovation performance is low, in order to study the factors influencing the better innovation performance, therefore the introduction of funds, technology the government high end equipment manufacturing industry import and export intensity as exogenous factors, research the R D of Heilongjiang Province in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry; D resource allocation efficiency of the degree and direction of impact.
