江苏省科技金融扶持政策的实施经验研究——以科技型中小企业为例

Research on the Experience about the Implementation of Jiangsu Province Science and Technology Financial Support Policies --With the Small and Medium-Sized Technology-based Enterprises as an example

近年来，科技型中小企业已成为我国科技创新的重要力量。为解决其融资难题,各省市出台了众多科技金融扶持政策，而江苏省作为全国促进科技与金融结合的试点地区，其金融扶持政策更具代表性。文章首先介绍了科技金融的概念及相关研究，然后将江苏省对科技型中小企业的金融扶持政策分为五大类，最后着重研究了江苏省科技金融扶持政策实施的经验。

Abstract:

In recent years, small and medium-sized technology - based enterprises(SMTE) have been an important force in China's science and technology innovation. In order to solve the financing problems, many provinces and cities have introduced a number of science and technological finance support policies, as the pilot area to promote the combination of technology and finance in our country, Jiangsu’s financial support policies are more representative. Firstly, this paper introduced the concept of science and technology finance and related research. Then it divided the SMTE financial support policies of Jiangsu province into five categories. Finally it focused on the experiences about the implementation of Jiangsu province science and technology financial support policies.
