Review of the research on the governance of U.S. Federal research institutes

摘要:

通过分析现有研究关于美国联邦科研机构总体治理、专项问题治理（特别是技术转移的治理），各类型研究机构治理的研究，发现国内的研究未能反映美国联邦科研机构发展变化的最新趋势；对美国联邦科研机构的公私合营特征的研究还很缺乏；还未建立起分析美国联邦科研机构治理的有效框架，现有研究较零散；与中国科研机构的比较研究以及对中国的启示分析还不够。

Abstract:

The paper reviewed the existed research on the governance of U.S. Federal research institutes from three aspects: the overall governance, the governance of special problems, and the governance of different types of institutes. We found that the research of Chinese scholars was insufficient in following aspects: the research did not reflect the new development trends of U.S. Federal research institutes; the characteristics of Private-Public Partnership in the governance of U.S. Federal research institutes were not fully explored; the research were fragmented and did not form a effective framework for analyzing the governance of U.S. Federal research institutes; it is not enough to carry out the comparing research with Chinese research institutes.
