作为一种潜在的环境政策,押金返还政策在中国研究不足,主要原因之一是缺乏适合中国国情的押金返还政策分析框架。在总结中国电子废弃物回收特殊国情和分析押金返还政策主流研究方法特征的基础上,提出了中国电子废弃物押金返还政策分析框架,可为学界同仁和政府部门研究和制定适合中国国情的电子废弃物押金返还政策提供一定的理论指导,有助于深入、全面地认识中国电子废弃物押金返还政策的作用。

As a potential environmental policy, deposit-refund system is seldom studied in China. One of the main reasons is the lack of suitable analysis framework for the deposit-refund system used in China’s circumstances. After summarizing the special circumstances of e-waste recycling in China and identifying the characteristics of main methods for analyzing deposit-refund system, an analysis framework of deposit-refund system is proposed for China’s e-waste management. It will benefit researchers and policy-makers with some theoretical guidance of conducting study and making policy on the deposit-refund system suitable for China"s circumstances, and will help people understand the roles of deposit-refund system in China"s e-waste management in-depth and comprehensively.
