陕西省装备制造业技术创新要素贡献度分析‌

Analysis on Contribution Degree of Technological Innovation Elements of Equipment Manufacturing Industry of Shaanxi

摘要:

运用灰色关联度分析方法,选取企业创新资金投入、企业创新人员投入、企业知识产出、企业创新收益以及政府资金支持5个指标来考察陕西省装备制造业技术创新要素对产业发展的贡献度。结果显示,企业创新资金投入对陕西省装备制造业发展的贡献最为显著,其次是企业创新收益,再次是政府资金支持、企业知识产出、企业创新人员投入。陕西省应通过税收优惠、金融支持、市场机制优化、服务保障等方式鼓励装备制造企业增加R D资金投入,加大政府对企业新产品的采购力度,增加政府对装备制造业技术创新的资金投入,提高R D人员的创造力和技术产出能力,提高科技成果的转化及扩散能力。

Abstract:

By employing grey relational degree analysis, selects 5 indexes, which are enterprise innovation fund input, enterprise innovation personnel input, enterprise knowledge output, enterprise innovation earnings, and governmental fund support, to investigate the contribution degree of technological innovation elements to the development of equipment manufacturing industry of Shaanxi. The conclusion indicates, enterprise innovation fund input is the most significant element on contributing to the development of equipment manufacturing industry of Shaanxi, secondly enterprise innovation earnings, then governmental fund support, enterprise knowledge output, and enterprise innovation personnel input. The recommendation is that, Shaanxi should encourage enterprises in equipment manufacturing industry to increase R D funding via tax preference, financial support, market mechanism optimization, service assurance, and other methods, enhance government procurement on new products of enterprises, increase governmental fund input on technological innovation of equipment manufacturing industry, improve creativity and technology output ability of R D personnel, improve capacity of conversion and diffusion of technological outcome.
