为更好的对工程项目绩效进行评价,提高工程项目绩效的效果,本文运用比较研究的方法,从指标层次、指标数量、指标隶属情况三大方面对工程项目绩效评价指标体系进行比较研究。在对指标体系整理的基础上,提出指标类别在不同阶段的重要程度矩阵、一级评价指标选择矩阵、指标类别在不同层级的重要程度矩阵,探讨影响评价指标体系设计的因素。

To achieve a better evaluation and an improved effect of the project performance, in this paper, through the method of comparison, a comparative study was carried out on the project performance evaluation index system from three major aspects of the levels, quantities, and subjection of the indexes. Based on arranging the index system, three matrices were put forward, including the matrix about the importance of categories of indexes in different stages, the matrix about the selection of the A-level evaluation index, and the matrix about the importance of categories of indexes on different levels, to discuss the elements that would affect the design of evaluation index system.
