Efficient Sustainable Use Modes of Mineral Resources：The Coupling of Value-chain and Operation-management-chain

在前期研究成果以及有关运营链的理论创新的基础上,从价值链和运营链的新视角,通过对国外矿产资源综合利用实践以及我国矿产资源利用现状的深入分析,提出了基于价值链和运营链的矿产资源高效综合利用模式“价值链和运营链耦合模式”及其实际应用推广方案,并探讨了新的矿产资源综合利用模式在应用中所存在的相关问题以及有效实施的前提条件。

Abstract:

Based on the primary achievements of the research and the theoretical innovation of Operation-management-chain and from the new perspectives of value-chain and operation-management-chain, the efficient sustainable use modes of mineral resources – the mode of coupled value-chain and operation-management-chain – and it’s application and implementation framework are put forwarded through in-depth analyses of oversea practices of sustainable use of mineral resources and the current situation of mineral resources utilization in China. Meanwhile, some problems related to the new mode application and the preconditions of effective implementation are also discussed.
