Abstract:To explore the relationship of psychological capital, perceived organizational support and employee engagement, 276 research and development personnel coming from Shandong province , Shanghai and Guangdong province participated in the investigation. The results indicated that all dimensions of perceived organizational support positively influenced employee engagement; some dimensions of psychological capital positively influenced employee engagement; psychological capital mediated the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee engagement. Psychological capital partly mediated the path of value identification and interest attention to employee engagement and fully mediated the path of job supportion to employee engagement
