选取了山东省、上海市及广东省三地部分组织的276名研发人员作为研究对象,运用统计及结构方程建模的方法对员工心理资本、组织支持感与敬业度之间的关系进行实证研究。研究结果表明:(1)组织支持感对敬业度有显著正向影响;(2)心理资本对敬业度有显著正向影响;(3)心理资本在组织支持感与敬业度之间发挥中介作用,其中心理资本在价值认同、关注利益与敬业度关系中发挥部分中介作用,在工作支持与敬业度关系中发挥完全中介作用。

To explore the relationship of psychological capital, perceived organizational support and employee engagement, 276 research and development personnel coming from Shandong province , Shanghai and Guangdong province participated in the investigation. The results indicated that all dimensions of perceived organizational support positively influenced employee engagement; some dimensions of psychological capital positively influenced employee engagement; psychological capital mediated the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee engagement. Psychological capital partly mediated the path of value identification and interest attention to employee engagement and fully mediated the path of job supportion to employee engagement
