省级科技报告制度的建设方略

The Construction Strategy of the Provincial-level Science and Technology Report System

摘要:

科技报告制度建设是近几年科技管理工作的重点工作。目前，国家科技报告制度建设取得重要进展，国家科技报告的呈交已经纳入国家科技项目管理体系，国家科技报告服务系统已经正式开通运行，1万多份科技报告已向社会公众开放共享。本文根据国家科技报告制度建设的经验，从组织管理、政策法规和标准规范体系、科技报告的呈交、科技报告的交流共享、宣传培训等几方面提出了省级科技报告制度的建设思路。

Abstract:

Being the focus work of science and technology management, the construction of science and technology report system has made important progress at present. The submitting of science and technology report has been included in the system of national science and technology project management, and the service system of national science and technology report has officially been launched. More than 10 thousand reports have been opened and shared for public. Based on the experience of construction on national science and technology report system, this paper proposes the construction mentality of the provincial-level science and technology report system on the fields of organization management, policies, regulations, standards and specifications system, submitting of science and technology report, exchange and sharing of science and technology report, publicity and training, etc.
