近年来,全球汽车市场的发展总体呈现出有起有伏、强弱转换的格局。作为汽车产业的一个发展方向,电动汽车的发展则是迎来了前所未有的新契机。总体来说电动汽车的发展在逐步向原有的发展预期靠拢,特别是在一些关键的技术上已经有所突破,不可否认发展电动汽车,是全球汽车业未来发展的一个支点。在电动汽车创新网络组织方面已有多家企业表现出良好的发展态势,并且已经取得了一定的进展。在这强者鼎立的格局中,美国电动汽车企业特斯拉携电动汽车Model S走入大众的视野并且成功杀出重围。本文从知识共享导向的角度分析创新网络构成和各主体特征,基于电动汽车创新网络的特点和电动汽车产业内知识共享的特性分析研究,对电动汽车创新网络组织的演化发展以及网络组织内各要素特点的研究结论将为合作创新和网络结构理论的发展提供新视角。

In recent years, the development of the global auto market shows an overall situation of fluctuation and conversion of strong and weak. As a development trend of auto industry, the development of electric vehicles is ushered in the unprecedented new opportunity. In general the development of electric vehicles is gradually close to the original development expectations, especially the breakthroughs on some key technologies. There is no denying that developing the electric car is a fulcrum for the future development of the global auto industry. A bunch of companies has shown good development momentum in the innovation network organization of electric car, and has achieved certain progress. In this situation of the tripartite confrontation of the strong, Tesla——an electric cars corporation of the United States——goes into the public view and successes with its electric car Model S .This article analyzes the structure and the main features of innovation network from the perspective of knowledge sharing orientation. And based on the analytical investigation of the characteristics of the electric car innovation network and the characteristics of knowledge sharing among the electric car industry, the research conclusion of evolution and development of the innovation network of electric cars and the characteristics of each elements in the network organization will provide new perspectives to the development of the cooperation innovation and network structure theory.
