以2001-2013年度专利行政执法统计数据为依据,通过分析专利行政执法案件的年度数量、区域分布、案件类型及执法协作情况等信息发现,专利行政执法案件量快速增长,总体上是法院案件量的三分之一；我国专利行政执法工作地区差异明显,不同省份的专利执法力量不平衡；专利侵权案件中权利人主动撤诉较多,处理结果主要为调解结案；管理专利工作的部门以查处标识类假冒专利产品及其销售的案件为主；专利行政执法的跨部门和跨区域协作机制已基本建立。

According to the patent administrative enforcement information (2001-2013) released by SIPO, the annual quantity,regional distribution,case type,subject type,and enforcement cooperation were analyzed,it comes to the conclusion that the number grows rapidly which on the whole occupies the one third of caseload; the regional difference is significant; the patentee is likely to withdraw actively in the infringement cases and intermediation is mainly in the result of such cases; investigating the kind of identified counterfeiting patent is the main case; the coordination mechanism of cross-departmental and cross-regional has been initially established.
