基于内容分析法的江苏产学研合作政策研究

Study on Industry-university-research cooperation policy of Jiangsu province based on content analysis method

摘要:

产学研合作创新是江苏建立创新型省份的重要途径,对江苏产学研合作政策的研究是支撑江苏产学研合作创新的重要保障。通过搜集江苏省与产学研合作相关的政府部门网站,选取了38篇政策作为样本,运用内容分析的方法,从江苏省产学研合作政策的制定的行政管理部门、发展的阶段性和关键词共词分析三个方面对政策进行了深入的研究并发现问题,最终提出政策制定的建议。

Abstract:

The Industry-university-research cooperative innovation is an important way to Jiangsu province to establish innovative provinces. The most important way to guarantee the cooperative innovation is to research the policies on Industry-university-research cooperation in Jiangsu province. Through the collection of web sites of government departments which are relevant to cooperation, we select 38 policies as samples, and using the method of content analysis to study the policies. We study the policies from three aspects: the policy-making department, development stages and the common Keywordsanalysis, and finally put forward the policy recommendations.
