Abstract:On the basis of the collection of the extant literature in strategic alliance, this paper first reviews the organization forms of strategic alliance according to the equity forms and the influencing factors of strategic alliance, and then reviews and evaluates the researches related to the alliance motivations of firms constructing or attending alliance from three aspects, the overall level, technological motivation and market motivation respectively; based on the researches above, this paper studies and reviews the research results of the performance or output effect of strategic alliance organization forms and alliance motivations, finally this paper concludes and makes a brief prospects to future researches.
