经过几年的发展,重庆市知识产权质押融资取得了初步的成效,然而与东部沿海城市相比,发展的却相对缓慢。本文结合重庆市知识产权质押融资的实际情况,探讨其运作模式,发现存在的问题并提出相关建议,以期推进和完善知识产权质押融资业务在重庆的发展。

Abstract:

After several years of development, Chongqing has achieved initial success in pledge financing of intellectual property. However, development was relatively slow compared with the eastern coastal city. Combining with the actual working situation of intellectual property mortgage financing in Chongqing, this paper explores the operation pattern, finds the existing problems and puts forward related suggestions, in the hope of promoting and improving the development of intellectual property mortgage financing in Chongqing.
