Abstract:Despite with the economic and social development, the role of science and technology industry and resources has already received enough attention, but the academic circles and the industry focus more on science and technology resources in scale, the elements of coordination input-output efficiency, and neglect another vital resource allocation problem: optimal layout problem of space science and technology resources. In this paper, on the basis of carding literature, we build a model of science and technology resources layout and site selection, and used the C - PSO algorithm for a simulated computation. Research results indicate that, in the science and technology resources, customer demand space such as the external environment of the given circumstances, C - PSO algorithm is used to calculate, found that there is a resource allocation efficiency highest corresponding spatial layout. Therefore, the government in the guidance of science and technology resources policy, need to attach importance to science and technology resources optimized configuration of space, especially the use of scientific and effective methods for science and technology resources spatial layout decisions.
