伴随经济的发展,制造企业向服务型制造转变已成为必然的趋势,为更好的优化配置服务型制造企业的项目资源,提出结合服务型制造的特点和原理,以资源和时间作为决策变量进行项目资源优化模型构建,针对建立的资源优化模型,利用摹矩阵对建立的模型进行求解,并结合实例编写程序进行模型验证,证明模型的正确性和可行性。该模型优化方案为服务型制造企业的项目管理人员提供参考。
