随着电力行业和电力市场的快速发展,电力工程项目的竞争日益激烈,因此对电力工程项目管理水平的要求也不断提高。云计算是一种以互联网为中心的新兴网络应用模式,能显著改变网络服务的模式,利用它来构建电力工程项目管理系统能带来低成本、高性能等特点,本文在分析电力工程项目管理特点的基础上,设计了一个分层的电力工程项目管理系统模型,详细介绍了该模型的功能结构以及基于云计算平台--Google Sites的系统实现方法,该方法体现了利用云平台来搭建网络化的电力工程项目管理协系统的便捷性与高效性,为电力工程项目管理的信息化和网络化建设提供了一种新的参考。

With the rapid development of the electric power industry and market, the competition of electric power projects is fierce, which requires the level of project management improve greatly. For the cloud computing is an emerging Internet-centric network application mode and can significantly change the network service model, it can make the project management system of Electric power engineering being constructed based on the cloud platform low-cost and high-performance. On the basis of analyzing the features of the project management for electric power engineering, a layered model of the project management system is designed in the paper. The function structure of the model and its implementations by a kind of cloud computing platform -- Google Sites are described in detail. It embodies the Convenience and high efficiency of developing system by the cloud computing platform, and gives an effective reference for the project management of electric power engineering.
