广东省十分重视科技、金融与产业的深度融合,探讨了许多行之有效的举措,但是,这项工作还面临一定的复杂性和挑战性,表现为政府、金融机构与科技企业之间的协同联动有待加强；地区发展不平衡；政策创新力度不大；知识产权评估评价机制不健全等。未来,注重建立条块结合、内容丰富的服务体系；大力发展风险投资与科技支行建设；完善多层次资本市场；完善“三种机制”,营造良好的社会环境,将是主要的对策。
