本文首先基于微观企业数据,运用多种前沿方法测算了光伏企业的生产函数和全要素生产率,并对比我国其他制造业同时期的年化全要素生产率增长率来考察光伏行业在我国的发展,此外本文对可能影响光伏产业全要素生产率的因素的单独及相互作用进行了研究。结果发现国有资产和企业规模对光伏企业全要素生产率具有显著的影响,而外资资产,出口额,政府补贴以及扶持政策对光伏企业全要素生产率的影响并不显著,此外,尽管研发投入对光伏企业全要素生产率没有显著影响,但是其和国有资产的相互作用却会显著提高光伏企业的全要素生产率。最后本文根据以上分析,提出了一些切实可行的建议。

By using a firm-level dataset and a comprehensive array of up-to-date methods, this paper at first estimates the production function and total factor productivity (TFP) of the photovoltaic industry in China. Then this paper compares the annual growth rate of this industry with those of the others in order to judge its development. What’s more, this paper checks the influences, individually and collectively, of factors that may possibly affect the photovoltaic industry. As a result, the state-share and scale of an enterprise will affect its TFP significantly, while the other factors fail to make a difference. However, it is interesting to find that while R D alone cannot impact TFP, its interaction with state-share proves to improve TFP notably. At the end of this paper some advisable suggestions intended to upgrade the current development of the photovoltaic industry are offered.
