大科学时代的来临引发了科技创新活动的深刻变革，产学研合作作为具有“利益共享、风险共担、优势互补，共同发展”特征的多主体创新方式在大科学背景作用下，发生着更复杂多向的演化。“科学”作为产学研合作中的共识性基础要素，也随着从“小科学”到“大科学”时代的转型，显现出逐渐演变的职能和角色作用。本文基于大科学背景下产学研合作创新过程的视角，通过分析产学研合作的特征创新，追溯不同历史条件下“科学”角色在产学研合作过程中的演变，并进而探究以大科学背景为历史条件的“科学”角色与产学研合作的结构功能关系，尝试把握其规律。

With the advent of the era of large science, a deep reform of the science and technology’s innovative activities is happened, industry-university-institute who has multi agent with a characteristic of “benefit-sharing, risk-sharing, complementary advantages, common development”, which has more complex and multidirectional evolution. “Scientific” as the basic elements of consensus in industry-university-institute cooperation, which plays important roles in this new background. This paper bases on the industry-university-institute cooperative innovation process under the background of large science perspective, analyzes the characteristics, traces and explores the “scientific” role in industry-university-institute cooperation under different historical conditions in the process of evolution, tries to grasp its rule.
