再生资源产业是中国战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分,站在产业层面研究中国再生资源产业知识产权战略所存在的问题并提出应对策略。分析了再生资源产业对知识产权战略的需求,并系统论述了中国再生资源产业知识产权战略所存在的问题；借鉴国外发展经验,从知识产权创造、运用、保护和管理四个维度搭建再生资源产业知识产权战略框架体系并提出具体应对策略,为政府解决再生资源产业知识产权战略问题寻找切入点。

Renewable Resources Industry is one of the Strategic Emerging Industries in China. Main research contents in this paper is the problems and countermeasures on Intellectual Property of Renewable Resources Industry in China. In this paper, the authors firstly analyze on the existing problems of intellectual property system in the renewable resources industry; and then under the guide of Enterprise Architecture, the authors built an institutional system for renewable resources industry: creation system, using system, protection system and management system, which is a entry point for government to solve the problems in intellectual property of strategic emerging industries.
