Abstract:This paper explores the affection mechanism among time pressure, time personality diversity and R&D team innovation performance of high-tech enterprise, and tests the moderating effect of time pressure on the relationship between time personality diversuty and R&D team innovation performance. The results show that different types of time personality diversiity have different effects on R&D team innovation performance, temporal cognitive characteristic diversity is positively related to R&D team innovation performance, while temporal emotional characteristic diversity is negatively related to R&D team innovation performance; there is significant moderation effect of time presssure on the relationship between temporal cognitive characteristic diversity and R&D team innovation performance, and the moderation effect of time pressure on he relaitionship between temporal emotional characteristic diversity and R&D team innovation performance is also significant.
