文化产业对地区经济增长影响的实证研究------基于江西城市动态面板数据

An Empirical Study on Impact of Cultural Industry on the Regional Economic growth-- Based on City Dynamic Panel Data in Jiangxi

摘要:

文章基于2009-2013年城市动态面板数据,利用Sys-GMM克服内生性问题,实证分析文化产业对江西经济增长的影响。结果发现,文化产业从业人员每增加1个百分点,江西经济增长增加0.1628个百分点,在10%水平上通过了显著性检验,文化产业资本每增加1个百分点,江西经济增长增加0.2095个百分点,在5%水平上通过了显著性检验,即文化产业促进了江西经济增长,但文化产业对江西经济增长的促进作用较小,表明增长空间较大。因此,为了发挥文化产业对江西经济增长的带动作用。文章提出了以下对策：政府可考虑设置文化产业发展基金,加大文化产业投资,完善文化产业基地和园区周边的配套辅助设施；采取贴息、补助、奖励等形式,培育文化龙头企业；在融资、税收、补贴方面制定优惠政策鼓励文化企业进行研发创新等。

Abstract:

Based on the city dynamic panel data from 2009 to 2013 years, using the System GMM to overcome the endogenous problem to empirical research on the impact of culture industry to the economic growth of Jiangxi. The results show that, employed persons of cultural industry have increased one percentage point, economic growth has increased 0.1628 percentage points in Jiangxi, it has passed the 10% level of significance test, cultural industry capital has increased one percentage point, economic growth has increased 0.2095 percentage points, it has passed the 5% level of significance test, namely the cultural industry has promoted economic growth of Jiangxi, but it is small about the effect of culture industry on economic growth of Jiangxi, it show that the growth space is larger. Therefore, in order to play a leading role in the cultural industry to the economic growth of Jiangxi. This paper puts forward the following countermeasures: the government should consider setting the culture industry development funds, increasing investment in cultural industries, improving the supporting facilities of cultural industry bases and zones; taking loans, grants, awards and other forms cultivate leading enterprises of culture and so on.
