目前中小工业企业清洁生产的实施效果存在较为显著的差异,同时清洁生产与企业绩效之间的关联关系尚未定论。鉴于此,对江苏省132家中小工业企业进行了调研,并根据已有研究成果将清洁生产划分为绿色产品设计和清洁生产过程管理,将企业绩效分为经济绩效和环境绩效。进而利用多元回归分析方法探索它们之间的作用机制。结果表明,绿色产品设计能够提高企业的经济绩效和环境绩效；清洁生产过程管理与企业经济绩效之间同样存在正相关关系,但其对企业的环境绩效没有影响。文中就中小工业企业清洁生产方案的制定以及政府的政策支持提出了建议。

There is significant difference on the effect of implementation of cleaner production among small and medium-sized industrial enterprises. At the same time, the relation between cleaner production and firm performance is not clear. In view of that, the survey of 132 small and medium industrial enterprises in Jiangsu Province is conducted. Meanwhile, according to the research results , cleaner production is divided into green product design and clean production process management, and firm performance is divided into economic performance and environmental performance. This paper explores the relationship among cleaner production and firm performance by the use of multiple regression analysis. The results show that green product design have a significant positive impact on firm performance, the impact of cleaner production process management on economic performance is equally positive, but it did not have a significant impact on the environmental performance of the enterprise. Based on the results above, this paper provides recommendations for cleaner production scheme of small and medium-sized industrial enterprises and the formulation of the government incentive policy.
