基于治理视角下的大学科研诚信建设研究

The Construction of Research Integrity based on governance perspective——A Case study of Minnesota University-twin cities

摘要:

科研诚信不仅是研究者的责任,同时也是研究者所在组织机构的责任。大学,作为主要的研究机构,必须强调诚信的重要性,保持科研道德的高标准。通过对美国明尼苏达大学科研诚信制度体系的考察,分析科研诚信规章制度、科研不端行为监管处理机制、教育计划等举措对于鼓励研究者建立正确的价值观和履行负责任的研究行为,营造良好的科研道德氛围的重要性,同时也为我国高校科研诚信建设提供有益的启示。

Abstract:

:Research integrity is not only the responsible of researcher, but also the responsible of the organization. Universities as the main research organization, have to emphasize the importance of the integrity and keep the high standard of research moral. Through the case study of the research integrity systems of university of Minnesota, analyze the importance of its measures, such as research integrity policy, management mechanism of research misconduct, education plans and so on ,how to encourage researchers have right values about research ,perform the responsible conduct of research and create good science moral atmosphere. Its experiences can provide useful reference to China Universities promote research integrity.
