运用三螺旋理论,以中国在美国专利商标局(USPTO)获得授权的专利数据为依据,从时间序列和行业领域两个维度对中国大学、企业和政府在协同创新中的互动关系进行测定。研究发现:我国较为稳定的官产学协同创新体系已初步形成,但近几年创新体系的自组织性有所下降。企业在创新中表现活跃,政府参与程度不高。电子电气和计算机通信领域所获专利数量最多,但官产学合作关系相对松散。

This paper using triple helix theory, based on the patents which were obtained by Chinese researchers from USPTO, measured the interactive relationship of university-industry-government in collaborative innovation from two dimensions of time series and industry field. The study found that: the stable international collaborative innovation system of university industry and government has been shaped. However in recent years, the self-organizing of system has a downward trend. Companies were active in innovation, but governments were not insufficiency. The industry field of E E and C C were obtained the most patents, but the relationship of university-industry-government was loose relatively.
