Abstract:This article starts from the definition of gamification to analyze the value of gamification when applied to human resource management, by stating the modes of gamification management. The modes we mentioned above includes three aspects, those are arousing success motivation after based on inspiration, improving participation and initiative after centered on interaction, and building win-win between company and employees after backed by fairness. This article uncovers that gamification management is the best practice in the age of experience economy ,and it gives references and examples to modern corporation management by using the successful practices of gamification management in Shanda, Marriott, Deloitte Leadership Academy and Microsoft.
