工程项目风险分担研究综述与展望

摘要:

随着工程项目风险分担方案在工程实践中的地位日趋提升,项目管理者及学者越来越关注工程项目合理的风险分担方案。为把握工程项目风险分担这一领域的研究动态,并为后续深入研究提供理论基础,通过对近年文献归纳整理,从工程项目风险分担的本质、研究类型、技术范式、组织范式、契约范式及关系范式等方面对现有研究成果进行了分类综述,提出目前研究的不足并对未来研究方向进行了展望。文献梳理结果表明,现有工程项目风险分担研究总体脉络较清晰,研究以定性为主辅以定量研究,缺乏完全化的定量研究；其次,风险分担驱动因素识别有待深入以及缺乏发承包双方对风险分担的认知差异性研究。S

Abstract:

As the construction projects risk allocation is increasingly important in the position of the construction practice,and the project managers and researchers paid more attention to the proper risk allocation。To grasp the research trends of the construction risk allocation and be the foundation for subsequent research,from the essence of construction projects risk allocation,the types of research,the technology paradigm, the organization paradigm, the contract paradigm and relation paradigm summarized respectively the existing research achievement through summing up the literatures,and found the deficiency of current research and prospected the direction of future research.Studies have shown that the existing construction projects risk allocation research general clue is clear, and the method of study is qualitative research, the lack of thoroughness of quantitative research. The driving factors of the risk allocation need to been studied further and be lack of both contract the cognitive differences in study of risk allocation.
