企业层面的技术创新是推动一国经济持续健康发展的重要动力,主要取决于企业自身的知识资本积累和通过对外直接投资获得的逆向技术溢出。笔者从全球价值视角探讨了知识资本、OFDI逆向技术溢出提升企业技术创新的内在机理,研究发现：人力资本通过直接影响自主R D投入和间接影响跨国公司对外来技术的“吸收能力”促进跨国公司的技术创新能力；我国跨国公司对发达国家的绿地投资主要是通过集聚溢出机制等影响跨国公司的技术创新能力；对发展中国家的绿地投资主要通过规模经济机制和研发成本分摊机制促进跨国公司的技术创新能力。

the enterprise technology innovation is an important power to promote the sustained and healthy economic development, which mainly depends on the enterprise"s knowledge capital accumulation and OFDI reverse technology spillover. This paper from the perspective of global value explores knowledge capital OFDI reverse technology the inner mechanism of enhancing enterprise technology innovation. Human capital through direct effects R D investment and indirect effects of “absorption capacity” of foreign technology spillover deicide the Multi-National Corporation"s technical innovation ability; Green investment in China"s Multi-National Corporation of developed countries is mainly through the agglomeration spillover the mechanism of the technological innovation ability of enterprises; Green investment for developing countries is mainly through economies of scale and R D cost sharing mechanism to promote technological innovation ability of enterprises.
