Quality Evaluation on The Development Process of Complex Products Based on Quality Gate and CMM

摘要:

为了能有效提高复杂产品开发过程的质量控制水平,有必要对开发过程的质量控制进行系统的质量评价。在复杂产品开发全生命周期的基础上,对复杂产品开发过程实行质量门控制,并构建了质量评价指标体系。根据以能力成熟度模型(CMM)为基础的质量评价标准,采用模糊层次法对评价指标实行定量评价,提出了基于质量门和CMM的复杂产品开发过程的质量评价方法。

Abstract:

In order to effectively improve the level of quality control of the development process of complex products, a systematic quality evaluation must be taken. On the basis of whole life cycle , the quality gate is used to take quality control of the development process and the evaluation system is built. The CMM model is established to provide a basis to evaluation index that is appraised by FHAP quantificationally .In general, the article proposed the method which based on the quality gate and CMM to evaluate the quality of the development process of complex products.
