湖北省现代服务业投资环境竞争力评价及对策研究

Evaluation on Hubei’s Investment Environment Competitiveness of Modern Service Industry and Countermeasures

摘要:

本文从区域投资环境的基本理论着手，以现代服务业投资环境竞争力为评价对象，构建了中国省域现代服务业投资环境竞争力评价指标体系，然后选取2013年现代服务业投资环境相关数据，利用因子分析法确立的评价模型综合评价了湖北省现代服务业投资环境竞争力。本文还对湖北省现代服务业投资环境竞争力从经济环境、产业环境、社会文化环境、科技环境等方面进行了比较研究。结果表明：虽然湖北省现代服务业投资环境竞争力排名在全国处于中上地位，与中部六省相比稍有优势，但与上海、北京、广东相比，还有很大的差距。根据实证结果，本文提出了提升湖北省现代服务业投资环境竞争力的政策建议。

Abstract:

According to the basic theory of regional investment environment, this paper has firstly built Chinese provincial evaluation index system on investment environment competitiveness of modern service industry. Selecting the related data of 2013 and using the factor analysis method, investment environment competitiveness of modern service industry in Hubei province has been evaluated. From the economy environment, industry environment, society and culture environment, science and technology environment and so on, this paper also has made the comparative research on investment environment competitiveness of modern service industry between Hubei’s and other province’ s. The results show that: Hubei’s investment environment competitiveness of modern service industry is above the average in china, and compared with the six central provinces there has a slight advantage, but compared with Shanghai, Beijing and Guangdong, there is a big gap. Conclusively，in terms of the outcomes of empirical analysis, some specific suggestions are put forward to enhance the Hubei’s investment environment competitiveness of modern service industry.
