矿产资源密集型区域生态创新系统驱动机制研究

Research on Driving Mechanism of Innovation Ecosystem in the Mineral Resource-intensive Area

摘要:

协调好经济发展与生态保护之间的矛盾是实现我国矿产资源密集型区域可持续发展的重要战略，而优化矿产资源密集型区域生态创新系统是解决这一矛盾的关键。文章从影响生态创新系统的驱动因素出发，构建了驱动机制框架图，根据“驱动因素-驱动机制-生态创新绩效”的研究思路，探讨了内、外驱动机制以及两种机制的协同。通过案例研究，分析了湖北省大冶地区生态创新系统驱动机制形成的过程，最后提出了“五维”的生态创新系统新模式。

Abstract:

the contradiction between economic development and ecological protection is vital guarantee to realize sustainable development in the mineral resource-intensive area. To resolve this contradiction, it is necessary to optimize the innovation ecosystem in the mineral resource-intensive area. The paper builds a driving mechanism framework from the perspective of driving force that influences innovation ecosystem, and then we discuss the internal-external driving mechanisms and their coordination according to “driving factor-driving mechanism-performance of ecological innovation”. Through the research of the case, the paper analyzes the process of driving mechanism of innovation ecosystem in Daye, HuBei province, a new model of innovation ecosystem is proposed from “five dimensions” in the end.
