Abstract:

Small and micro enterprises have the characteristics of small scale, less money and the limited historical and realistic conditions, must choose the road of specialized operation, which can maximum full play small and micro enterprises competitive advantages. The integrated drive factors that affect the specialized operation of small and micro enterprises are divided into four categories. There are three stress factors, including rising costs, the lack of factors of production, domestic and foreign economic policy’s shock. The market demand, the industrial adjustment, and the culture guide are the three pull factors. And the two push factors are technological innovation, system innovation. The support factors include management support, government support and investment support etc. Small and micro enterprises specialized management integrated drive model not only provides ideas for small and micro enterprises specialized operation, but also provides decision-making basis for policymakers of small and micro enterprises, and it provides theoretical guidance for the small and micro enterprises managers as well.
