后发国家战略性新兴产业技术创新及其挑战研究*

Research of Strategic Emerging Industry Technology Innovation and its Challenges to Later Modern Country

摘要:

本文针对我国这样的后发国家引进发展的战略性新兴产业,充分考虑产业的全球化分工和国际竞争,首先讨论了战略性新兴产业的概念及其发展模式,然后从国际竞争的视角研究了战略性新兴产业技术创新的新分类,将其分为互补性技术创新、扩展性技术创新、替代性技术创新和超越性技术创新等类型,接着重点剖析了开展替代性技术创新攻克产业核心技术面临的技术创新能力、用户接受、先发国家竞争、先发国家的先动优势等诸多挑战及其特点,最后讨论研究结果带来的启示并提出相关建议。

Abstract:

In this paper, we fully consider division of globalization and international competition of strategic emerging industry in view of the later modern country introduce the industry. Firstly the concept of strategic emerging industries and its development model are discussed. Subsequently the new classification of technological innovation in strategic emerging industries is researched from the perspective of international competition. It is divided into complementary technology innovation, extensibility technology innovation, alternative technology innovation and transcendence of alternative. Then the challenges of using alternative technology innovation conquer industry core technology such as technology innovation ability, user acceptance, competition of developed countries, first-mover advantage of developed countries and its characteristics are analyzed. The revelations of research result are discussed and related suggestions are put forward finally.
