大学生自主创业协同创新机制构建---基于利益相关者视角

Build mechanisms of collaborative innovation for College students start their own businesses --- Based on stakeholder perspective

摘要:

大学生自主创业既能实现自身价值,又能提供就业岗位,创造社会财富,但在我国发展却不尽如人意。调查研究表明,创业意识、创业能力和创业资金的不足严重制约大学生自主创业,而政府、学校、家庭、企业等不同主体与此存在密切关联。为此,只有兼顾各方利益相关者的不同诉求,才能更好的帮助大学生实现自主创业梦想。

Abstract:

College students start their own businesses not only realize their own values??, but also to provide jobs, create social wealth, but in China"s development is not satisfactory. Research shows that entrepreneurial awareness, entrepreneurship and venture capital deficiency severely constrained college students start their own businesses, this case related to the government, schools, families, businesses. To this end, the parties must take into account the different demands of stakeholders to help students realize their own business dreams.
