摘要:

在重新界定替代性技术的基础上,提出从专利权人的角度进行替代性技术选择的研究框架。基于德温特手工代码共现和手工代码相似度计算识别技术相似性最高的专利权人,专利权人作为技术的归属载体,相似程度最高的专利权人拥有的技术即为替代性技术。通过专利权人技术影响力评估和市场影响力评估,选择技术价值和市场价值最高的专利权人所拥有的技术,即为替代性技术中综合价值水平最优的目标技术。依此,为企业的管理者制定技术选择战略提供参考建议。

Abstract:

On the basis of re-defining alternative technology, this paper presents the selection framework from the perspective of patentees. It uses an integrated approach containing of text mining, co-occurrence of manual code and similarity computation to identify the targeted patentees whose technologies have the most similarities. Then evaluation the technological influence power and market power of the targeted patentees in order to select the most influential company whose technology has the highest level comprehensive value in the alternative technologies. Through the above method, it offers reference for company managers to make technical selection strategies.
