广东高校学科专业与战略性新兴产业对接机制研究

Research on docking mechanism of strategic emerging industry with disciplines and specialties in Colleges and universities in Guangdong

摘要:

广东战略性新兴产业未来的可持续化发展必须获得本地高校科技创新支持和人力资源支持。广东各类型大学也必须对接区域现代产业体系进行学科专业结构优化。首先基于高校学科专业与产业对接模型,分析以产业研究院为龙头,工程技术中心为支撑,面向产业集群发展、产业关键技术、行业技能、人才需求和培训的对接模式。然后,以广东“高端新型电子信息”战略性新兴产业为例,提出高校对接战略性新兴产业的“构建产业研究院-构建工程技术中心-调整人才培养计划”三步骤法。最后,提出对接的校级制度保障建议以及省级教育、科技政策建议。

Abstract:

The sustainable development of strategic emerging industries of Guangdong Province should be supported with technology innovation and human resource in local universities. To optimize the discipline structure, various types of Guangdong University must also be joined with regional modern industrial system. Firstly, the connecting ways with the lead of industry institute, the support with engineer technology center, and the focus on industry cluster development, key technology, industry skill, demand for talents and training are analyzed based on the model of discipline connected with industry. Secondly, three steps method “Construction Industry Research Institute - Construction Engineering Technology Center - adjusts the personnel training plan” is proposed by taking Guangdong "high-end electronic information" strategic emerging industry as an example. Finally, The school system guarantee and provincial education, science and technology policy are recommended.
