广东加快TRIZ等创新方法研究与推广应用的策略研究

摘要:

研究与推广应用先进的创新方法,是世界上很多国家和地区提升自主创新能力的重要手段。作为一种公认的、较成熟的创新方法,TRIZ理论的推广应用对提升企业技术创新能力、从源头上提升我国的自主创新能力、促进区域创新体系建设具有重大意义。从广东实际出发,总结广东研究与推广应用TRIZ等创新方法的成效与不足,建议有关部门加大投入,分类指导,从政府、企业、高校、科研机构、社会五个层面有选择地重点突破,加快广东省创新方法研究与推广应用。

Abstract:

For many countries and regions around the world, the research and the promotion of advanced innovation methods are the important ways to enhance the capacity for independent innovation. As a recognized and well-developed method for innovation, TRIZ is of great significance to promote the capacity for independent innovation at the source of our nation, technology innovation of enterprises, and the construction of regional innovation system.Based on the facts of Guangdong province, this paper concludes the effect and shortage of the research and the promotion of TRIZ and other innovation method taken place in Guangdong. Besides, suggest relative government departments increase input and decide on classified guiding principle to government, enterprises, universities, research institutions and society with a breakthrough point, so as to accelerate the research and the promotion of advanced innovation methods in Guangdong.
