已有协同知识创新研究忽略了创新成员心理需求动机的动态性,使激励策略也缺乏动态性。以组织“行为人”假设为前提将协同知识创新体的生命周期划分为诞生期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期四个几段。以X-Y理论假设动态性为基础,引入X-Y理论,分析协同创新环境影响下创新成员X-Y理论假设的动态变化,构建与之适应的动态激励策略。介绍镇江区域医疗协同平台的协同知识创新案例。

Dynamic characteristic is ignored on member’s requirement in research about cooperation knowledge innovation. Motivation strategy is in short of dynamic also. Life-time procedure for cooperation knowledge innovation is divided into four processes which are birth, growth, mature and recession based on “organize behavior” hypothesis. X-Y theory is introduced in the process of analyzing members’ requirement movement on the basis of dynamic characteristic for X-Y theory. Dynamic motivation strategy is put forward accordingly. Zhenjiang Medical Cooperation Platform is analyzed as a case of cooperation knowledge innovation.
