摘要:

本文主要探讨了不同的知识管理战略怎样促进激进式创新,为此,将知识管理战略分为保守战略与积极战略,由于各种知识管理战略在促进激进式创新中存在的弊端,因此利用各战略下形成的不同知识基础适应性地与知识整合机制相匹配,从而更有利于促进激进式创新。

Abstract:

This research examines how the different kinds of knowledge management strategy to promote radical innovation, the knowledge management strategy therefore are divided into conservative strategy and positive strategy. Due to the drawbacks of each knowledge management strategy in promoting of radical innovation, the adaptive matches of knowledge management strategies and knowledge integration mechanism judged by the different knowledge bases which are formed under each knowledge management strategy, are more conducive to promote radical innovation.
