Abstract:Knowledge spillovers is one of the driving factors for enterprises to form cluster, increase innovation ability, and gain sustainable competitive advantage, but the knowledge spillovers process is still a "black box". This paper applied system dynamics model and method to analyze the effect of the knowledge complexity coefficient, the natural spillover degree, the receiver"s innovation ability, and initial potential difference of the receiver"s between spillovers, for organizations knowledge stock and the potential difference of organizations in high-tech industry cluster organizations knowledge spillovers process, furthermore, gave the simulation analysis results. The research result is the knowledge complexity coefficient, the knowledge potential difference of the receiver"s between spillovers will impede knowledge spillovers at some degree, otherwise, the natural overflow degree and the receiver"s original innovation ability will promote knowledge spillovers.
