中国参与TPP谈判的政治经济分析--以知识产权条款为研究视角

The Political Economy Analysis of China’s Joining TPP Negotiation--Based on the Items of Intellectual Property

TPP目前正在紧张的谈判中,从泄露的草案文本来看,知识产权不仅所占比重很大,而且关于知识产权的条款远远高于TRIPS协议规定的标准。如果TPP谈判成功,中国无论是否加入到TPP的谈判,都会受到TPP中高标准的知识产权规则的制约。本文以TPP中的知识产权条款为切入点,从政治和经济的层面来分析TPP对中国的影响。针对TPP对中国的影响,研究了中国的应对措施和对中国加入TPP的展望。

Abstract:

TPP is now on tense negotiation. Through the reveal draft text, intellectually property items not only account for a large proportion, but also the standard of it is much higher than the TRIPS Agreement. If the TPP reaches an agreement, whether china joins in the TPP negotiation, it will be restricted by the high standard intellectual property items in TPP. The paper which is based on intellectual property items in TPP, analyzes the influence which TPP brings on China from the view of politics and economy. Aimed at the TPP’s influence on China, research the response of China and the outlook for China to join in the TPP.
