在分析激励机制模型构建原理的基础上,设计盟主型创新联盟的激励机制模型,通过分析激励机制模型的运行过程,检验模型的有效性和科学性。根据分析结果提出调节转移支付和制定信息调整规则的具体建议,以减少盟主型创新联盟的交流成本,促进联盟内部激励相容。

Based on analysis of model principle about innovation alliance, this paper designs a incentive mechanism model about innovation alliance like leader type. Through making analysis of its operational process, we can test its effectiveness and scientific nature. Based on the analysis results, we put forward two pieces of suggestions, one is to adjust the transfer payment and the other is to make information adjustment rules, so as to reduce communication cost and promote the incentive compatibility in innovation alliances like leader type.
