针对航天制造的高风险,本文介绍了美国制造成熟度的产生背景、基本内容及其对我国航天的适用性。从我国航天工程的制造特点出发,提出了航天制造成熟度评价方法,明确了其等级划分与定义,并以某导弹长储高强度扭杆为例介绍了航天制造成熟度关注的特征要素及其评价检查单。最后,总结了其主要应用价值,并为制造成熟度在航天工程中的应用提供了参考建议。

In response to the high risks in space industry, this paper introduces the background of creation, basic content of Manufacturing Readiness Levels(MRLs) in United States Department of Defense ( DoD ) and its applicability in China Aerospace. In accordance to the characteristics of China Aerospace industry, this paper provides the modified MRLs for space engineering, clarifies the definition of different readiness levels, showing the characteristic elements of manufacturing readiness levels of space engineering and its assessment inspection list with an example of a typical missile torsion rod. Finally, the application values of the MRLs of space engineering are illustrated and some suggestions are given to the research and application of the MRLs on Chinese space engineering.
