金融危机之后,世界经济增速放缓,促进经济增长的动力正在改变,2013年下半年全球经济增长趋势加强,2014-2015年有望继续增长。海洋经济是世界经济中重要的组成部分,在中国、美国、韩国等主要沿海国家,海洋经济的增长已经超过了国民经济和世界经济的平均增长水平。本文从传统海洋产业和新兴海洋产业两个维度,论述了2009-2014年上半年世界海洋产业的发展现状,并在此基础上,总结了后危机时代世界海洋经济结构调整和转型发展的六个突出特点及未来发展趋势,对研究中国乃至世界海洋经济具有重要的参考价值。

Global growth is in low gear after economic crisis, and the drivers of activity are changing. Global activity strengthened during the second half of 2013,activity is expected to improve further in 2014–15.Marine economy as an important part of the whole economy, effected and influenced by the favorable factors, which growth is faster than the national GDP in the main coastal countries, such as USA,China and Korea, etc. Studying the current situation of the traditional and new emerging marine industries and analyzing the six characteristics and trends of the global marine economy, this is significant to China marine economy development.
