摘要:

隐性知识对研究生科研知识体系建构、研究能力提升和创新思维培养等具有重要作用。作为个人层面的重要沟通媒介,非正式网络对隐性知识转移与共享具有积极影响，在位置、心理、氛围和内容上独具优势。从信任、沟通质量、密度、规模等方面分析非正式网络对隐性知识共享的影响因素，进而提出实现科研隐性知识共享的有效路径，以期更好地促进研究生科研创新能力的培养。

Abstract:

In the knowledge economy times, strengthening the sharing of tacit knowledge has became an important factor in promoting postgraduates’ innovative abilities in research. The informal networks have a positive impact on the sharing of tacit knowledge and are also a powerful medium , especially on the personal level. This paper, based on the introduction of the content on postgraduate research tacit knowledge sharing and the relation with informal networks. Then, informal networks are analyzed emphatically the factors which affect the sharing on tacit knowledge. Finally, this paper put forward the effective path of achieving the sharing about postgraduate research tacit knowledge under the informal networks perspective, in order better to promote the cultivation of postgraduate’ innovative abilities in research.
