在回顾管理质量相关研究文献的基础上,首先对管理质量的概念进行梳理,其次对管理质量的影响因素以及管理质量对企业绩效影响的相关文献做了研究和探讨。最终将管理质量的相关研究成果整合为一个包容性更强的“管理质量的影响因素—管理质量—管理质量的结果”的综合概 念模型。最后对未来的相关研究进行了展望。

On the basis of reviewing the related literature of management quality, the concept of management quality was organized, then the factors of management quality and the effect of management quality on business performance were explored. Thus, by drawing on the related findings, a comprehensive conceptual model about “the factors of management quality, management quality and its dependent variables” was developed. finally, the future research direction of management quality was provided.
