中小微企业是国民经济社会的脉络与神经,分布广泛,影响深远。因此,分析湖北科技型中小微企业发展规律,凝练“湖北”模式,对促进“创新湖北”建设,实施创新发展驱动战略,具有重大战略意义。首先总结了湖北省促进科技型中小微企业发展的基本方式,结合湖北省科技中小微企业发展的实证调研,通过定性和定量研究,科学分析湖北省促进科技中小微企业发展的优势与不足,重点提出促进湖北省科技中小微企业发展的对策建议。
