长江经济带梯度开发开放与产业转移的对策研究——基于产业梯度的实证

摘要:

长江经济带梯度开发开放与产业转移有重要的战略意义。产业梯度的实证分析表明长三角地区存在向长江中上游地区转移的客观条件和动力；产业梯度系数的测度可确立长三角和长江中上游地区开发开放的优势产业；根据相对长三角的产业梯度则可明确长江中上游各省区重点承接的产业。以实证分析为基础,本文提出了进一步促进长江经济带梯度开发开放与产业转移的一系列应对策略与建议。

Abstract:

The Industrial Development and Industrial Transfer Gradiently has important strategic significance in The Yangtze River Economic Belt. Empirical analysis indicates the objective conditions and power of the Delta Region of Yangtze River Transferring to the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River; The measure of industrial gradient coefficients may establish the development and opening of the upstream industries in The Yangtze River Economic Belt; According to industrial gradient relative to the Delta Region of Yangtze Rive, the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River can know the key undertake industry. Based on The Empirical Analysis of Industrial Gradient,the paper proposed a series of coping strategies and suggestions to further promote The Industrial Development and Industrial Transfer Gradiently in The Yangtze River EconomicBelt.
