基于Timmons理论的“科学商业”创业要素研究

摘要:

将科学商业的创业过程划分为科学研究、创业起步、高速扩张和组织规划四个阶段,采用Timmons的创业要素理论,针对科学商业创业的不同阶段归纳其创业要素,分析各要素的特殊表现和内涵。在对创业要素进行分类归纳的基础上,进一步分“基础要素-高级要素”、“生成要素-发展要素”、“个体要素-组织要素”三种情况,研究了创业要素在科学商业创业过程中的演化。基于论文研究,对促进我国相关产业创业提出政策启示。

Abstract:

In this paper,the venture creation process of science business is divided into four stages：scientific research, start-up, rapid expansion and organizational planning, the theory of entrepreneurial elements Timmons is adopted, entrepreneurial elements are concluded according to different stages of entrepreneurship of science business, and the special performance and connotation of various elements are analyzed. On the basis of classification and induction of entrepreneurial elements, the elements are further divided into three cases:“basic elements-advanced elements”,“generating elements-development factor”and “individual elements-organizational elements ”,and the evolution of entrepreneurial elements in the venture creation process of science business is studied. Based on the research of this paper, some policy implications are put forward to promote the entrepreneurship of related industries in China.
